Wear: Excellent, Light wear throughout piece. Drawer 2 from the top is a bit tight when being pushed back in. Nice solid build. Right corner of top surface is slightly lifted, probably from a prior fix. Very, very subtle. Barely noticeable to the eye, but you can feel it when you run your hand over the surface. Top and bottom of the left side have prior repairs, very tucked away so not glaring.
