Reason why we love it, design details:
A collector favorite and for good reason. The beautiful geometric arches, mimicking the Oscar Niemeyer architecture of the city of Brasilia, complement the creamy waves in the Walnut woodgrain.
Warm, brass hardware simultaneously complements the tones of the Walnut, while the cold metal contrasts with the natural, round, visual softness of the wood.
Niemeyer’s Brasilia parabolic structure repeats through the hardware and cabinet doors, lending a nice visual rhythm and flow.
Top and bottom are two separate pieces, so display cabinet can be taken down if needed.
Display cabinet is cork lined on the bottom, for extra grip and protection to the credenza top.
Drawers: Metal runners, slide well. Dovetail drawers. Clean interiors as detailed in photos. Some cloudiness in top and bottom drawer, but we will be addressing that more and suspect we can remedy it.
