Materials: Bleached Mahogany Veneer, Solid Wood Core, Metal-Capped Legs

Wear: Excellent, a couple chips off the veneer, about 2x3 mm in two spots as detailed in photos. Drawers smell like a library book (if you can remember those!). Second drawer is tight to pull out. Sixth drawer is a bit jerky when sliding out.


Reason why we love it, design details:

Beautiful American of Martinsville piece. Quite tall and wide for a tall dresser, and slightly deeper. Lots of little design details like the three paneled curves of the drawer fronts, the wooden handles incorporated as vertical registers, the beveled frame composed of the two sides and top that goes around the drawers. Our favorite little detail is all of the little compartments in the first, second and fourth drawers. The top, shallow drawer is particularly sweet.


Drawers: Wooden runners. Dovetail drawers. Clean interiors as detailed in photos.
